Q: How do I get Buzzle Bucks?
A: You can get Buzzle Bucks by buying them from Silvanon with PonyGold from PonyIsland. The exchange rate is 1:1 (1 Buzzle Buck equals 1 Pony Gold). Simply transfer Silvanon the correct amount of PonyGold for the Buzzle Bucks you wish to buy, and include your Buzzles username in the notes. Buzzle Bucks can also be purchased with real USD dollars. $1 = 50,000 Buzzle Bucks. Please PM Silvanon on the Buzzle Forum if you wish to purchase Buzzle Bucks this way. You can also earn Buzzle Bucks by playing Games.

Q: How do I get my old Buzzle onto the new site?
A: I'm working on getting them all imported. It's a slow process, but I will definately get all the old Buzzles moved over.

Q: Do I have to have an account on this site to adopt a Buzzle?
A: No, you can adopt without having an account. If you do that, then on this site the Buzzle will stay on my account, with your name listed on it. To adopt a Buzzle without having a Buzzle account, you'll have to buy one from me on PonyIsland when I have Buzzle sales in the Adoptable forums, or purchase a custom from me for USD $.

Q: So what benefit do I get if I sign up for an account?
A: If you sign up for an account you can buy items, use items on your Buzzles, breed your Buzzles, and sell Buzzles on the site, and play the Buzzle games. Also you get a free Starter Ticket for a free starter Buzzle with each unique person's account.

Q: Does it cost anything to have a Buzzle account?
A: Nope, it's free. :)

Q: I bred two Buzzles together that have two different markings/mutations and the baby is plain! What happened?
A: Each marking and mutation has it's own gene locus. Your baby is only guaranteed to have a visible marking if both parents are visible for that exact marking. If only one parent has that particular marking, then your baby will carry that marking, and might pass it on to its offspring.

Q: Something weird happened, I think it's a bug! Where should I report it?
A: Please, please, report it! The proper place is on the Help board in the Buzzle forum.

Q: I need to contact Silvanon to activate my Forum account and I don't play Pony Island. Where do I email?
A: You can email Silvanon at admin AT silvanon DOT com (replace the AT and DOT with the appropriate symbols). Make sure the email subject says something about Buzzles so I don't think your email is spam.
